Career

Inspired by buildings in an overseas magazine during high school, she studied architecture on her own and became a licensed first-class architect at age 38. She has worked in Osaka for over 30 years as both an architectural designer and a site supervisor.

She has bought and sold condominium units about five times and finally acquired an owner-change property, becoming the owner of a revenue-generating apartment building. Leveraging her transaction experience, she hopes to share real estate investment concepts through owner-change properties with a wider audience.
